Guess what I eat.
Lunch:
- BBQ Chicken Wing Rice + one xtra bbq chicken wing
- Ice Jelly w/ Cocktail
- 500ml of Coconut Drink w/ Pulp
Dinner:
- Chicken Rice
Supper:
- One packet of Chicken Flavored Twisties
- Another packet of BBQ Flavored Twisties
I almost wanted to eat Tom Yum Maggie Mee for supper and add Roti Prata for lunch too! But I don't have so much money.
At this rate I'm going, I will be a very poor girl. Not fat. You know why? Because I'm freaking 1.59 m and only 41.5 kg. And using BMI (Body Mass Index) to count, I'M FREAKING UNDERWEIGHT.
How to count using BMI:
BMI = kg/m^2,
hence BMI = 41.5/2.5281 = 16.4
BMI Range:
Starvation - less than 16.5
Underweight - From 16.5 to 18.5
Normal - 18.5 to 25
Overweight - 25 to 30
Obese - 30 to 35
Clinically Obese - 35 to 40
Morbidly Obsese - greater than 40
WHY?! Why I eat so much I won't get fat!?
